Ownership
We can see that £13m midfielder Salah comes in as the most owned player in the top 10k. Man City forward isn’t that far behind either with 89%. Arsenal defender is 64% owned amongst the top 10k. His number likely rose due to his 12 point haul against Crystal Palace.
We can also see players like Spurs midfielder £8.1m priced Kulusevski above 40% ownership after his 13 point haul. Chelsea defender Reece James also comes in at close to 50% ownership after his seven points in gameweek 2.
Captaincy
We can see that although Salah is the most owned player in gameweek 2 its Haaland who topped the captaincy selections. 53% of the top players chose to captain Haaland. After his brace and bonus points last week the striker comes up against newly promoted side Bournemouth in game week 2.
The Top 10k haven’t discounted Salah though. They captained the Egyptian in 41% of their teams. With a fantastic head to head record against Crystal Palace and in great form Salah could really rival the Man City man this week.
