Gameweek 13: The injuries and bans

Being able to navigate around unavailable players is key to FPL success. Together with some useful Fantasy Football Scout information, here is the current list of injuries and bans heading into Gameweek 13.


THE NOTABLE INJURIES AND BANS OF GAMEWEEK 13

ARSENAL

OUT:

Emile Smith-Rowe (groin) – Will miss the rest of 2022 after successful surgery to repair a damaged tendon.

Mohamed Elneny (hamstring)

Oleksandr Zinchenko (calf) – Absent since Gameweek 10.

MAYBE:

Gabriel Martinelli (illness) – Set to miss Thursday night’s Europa League match.

ASTON VILLA

OUT:

Lucas Digne (ankle) – Suffered a possible stress fracture while on international duty with France.

Diego Carlos (Achilles) – Out for a long time because he ruptured his tendon in Gameweek 2.

Boubacar Kamara (knee) – Reports in France suggest he’ll be out until the World Cup break.

Ludwig Augustinsson (hamstring)

MAYBE:

Tyrone Mings (ankle) – Picked up late in Sunday’s game but may face Fulham tonight.

BOURNEMOUTH

OUT:

Lloyd Kelly (knock)

BRENTFORD

OUT:

Pontus Jansson (hamstring) – Out until after the World Cup.

Christian Norgaard (Achilles)

Aaron Hickey (ankle) – Out until after the World Cup.

BRIGHTON

OUT:

Kaoru Mitoma (ankle)

Jakub Moder (knee) – Long spell on the sidelines after a serious injury from April.

CHELSEA

OUT:

Reece James (knee) – Ruled out until after the World Cup break.

Wesley Fofana (knee)

N’Golo Kante (hamstring) – Recent setback will keep him out for a while.

MAYBE:

Conor Gallagher (illness) – Had to depart Gameweek 12 after 15 minutes due to not feeling well.

CRYSTAL PALACE

OUT:

James McArthur (groin)

Nathaniel Clyne (ankle)

MAYBE:

Will Hughes (illness)

EVERTON

OUT:

Nathan Patterson (knee) – Stretchered off on Scotland duty, which head coach said “doesn’t look good.”

Andros Townsend (knee) – Nearing a return from his March ACL issue.

Ben Godfrey (leg) – Fractured his fibula in Gameweek 1 so is out for three months.

Yerry Mina (ankle)

FULHAM

OUT:

Daniel James (cannot face parent club Leeds)

Layvin Kurzawa (calf)

Kenny Tete (muscle)

LEEDS

OUT:

Stuart Dallas (leg) – Because of this fracture, Dallas will be kept out for several more months.

MAYBE:

Pascal Struijk (knock)

Emil Krafth (knee) – Out for the long-term. In fact, he may not return this season.

Joelinton (knock) – Taken off at half-time as a precaution.

NOTTINGHAM FOREST

Harry Toffolo (knock) – The substitute only lasted 17 minutes before having to go off himself.

Romeo Lavia (muscle) – Hurt during Gameweek 5 and is out for a minimum of six weeks.

Tino Livramento (knee) – As a result, he is likely to miss the rest of 2022.

Kyle Walker-Peters (muscle) – Removed as a precaution, possible cramp.
