Gameweek 11 Form Vs Fixture Charts

Last modified date

Gameweek 11

Which teams have the best balance of form and fixtures going into Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 11?

There’s some new faces arriving as the front runners, outside of the current top 5, plus fixtures for some unfavored Gameweek 11 teams.

Gameweek 11

Front Runners

It’s Chelsea, Brighton and Manchester City who lead the Gameweek 11 charts, with a good form record coinciding with great fixtures. Chelsea are unbeaten over their last 4 games, with 2 wins involving a margin of 3 goals or greater. They also have three favourable fixtures in their next 4, which coincidentally are all at home. Eden Hazard remains the key target man for the Chelsea attack, if he can overcome the back injury which kept him out of the recent Burnley game. Ross Barkley is the form man for Chelsea, although his minutes are far from secure. In defence, Marcos Alonso has the most attacking threat, but the temptation to save cash with David Luiz remains. Brighton have three consecutive 1-0 wins, and a spell of favourable fixtures to boot: it’s worth noting their away form is weak though, and three of the next 4 are on the road. Maty Ryan is the key defensive target, after amassing 30 points in the last 4 games, but Shane Duffy could be considered here too. In attack, Glenn Murray is in form and has penalties to further boost his appeal. Manchester City also have 3 home games, with one of those being the Manchester Derby. Defensive cover looks essential, with Ederson and Mendy the form options, but Laporte could provide a saving. Aguero is the pick of the attackers, although sticking with any midfielder through this spell should be fruitful.

Form Teams

Bournemouth have the best form record for Gameweek 11, with Arsenal following closely behind. Both sides have 3 wins and a draw in their last four games: Bournemouth have 2 big wins to Arsenal’s two, with more recent big wins. The fixtures on the horizon are certainly more mixed, but the Gunners have three home games in their next four. It’s difficult to consider the Bournemouth defence given their fixtures, despite three clean sheets in their last four games. Asmir Begovic should accumulate plenty of save points over this spell. It’s Callum Wilson who appeals most, spearheading the attack: managers would be wise to hold despite the fixtures. Ryan Fraser could also prove fixture proof. Arsenal’s lineup remains unsettled, with some key defensive injuries complicating matters further: their attack should prevail through the more challenging games though. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is the form man and may be set for starts again, although Alexandre Lacazette and Mesut Ozil both provide a significant saving.

Fixture Teams

Huddersfield have the pick of the upcoming fixtures for Gameweek 11, followed by Leicester, Newcastle and Burnley: they avoid last seasons top six in their next four games. Huddersfield and Newcastle have three of these fixtures at home, which marginally increases their appeal: however both of these sides are struggling for form. Chris Lowe provides the most attacking threat from the Huddersfield back line, with Philip Biling the pick of the attackers at a budget price. Matt Ritchie and DeAndre Yedlin have the greatest potential from Newcastle, but both are outside punts.
Before you disappear… Take a look at the Fixture Calendar, to see who has the best run for Gameweek 11 and beyond. It’s a busy time for the top six sides and the congested festive fixture schedule is also looming.
