With news that Jorginho may not be on penalties for Chelsea, the Gameweek 1 draft has seen an update.
It’s a shift in formation, but Mohammed Salah and Raheem Sterling keep their places in the FPL Gameweek 1 draft.
Transfers
For reference, this was the last
Gameweek 1 Draft. The formation has been tweaked back to a 4-4-2 now, as funds are shifted back to the midfield.
Ederson —> Pope
Reid —> Zinchenko
Tielemans —> Moura
Jorginho —> Dendoncker
Noble —> De Bruyne
Kane —> Murray
Nick Pope provides a great cheap goalkeeper option now Heaton has transferred. Manchester City defence remains with Zinchenko coming into the back four. Leicester attacking cover is now sacrificed too.
Kane is sacrificed to accommodate De Bruyne and Moura, with Glenn Murray back in the side for his easy opening fixtures.
