Fantasy Football Community contributor HM highlighted the price of one of his favourite assets last season. Bournemouth striker Dominic Solanke started his 22/23 season with a price-tag of £6m but his the latest update states he will be starting the new campaign at £6.5m.
Solanke scored six goals and created seven assists last season which converted into 130 FPL points but his latest price bump could put managers off. Those looking for a budget attacker to start the season could opt Luton striker Carlton Morris (£5.5m), Burnley midfielder Anass Zaroury (£5m) or Nottingham Forest midfielder Brennan Jonson (£6m).
@SebWassell
Fantasy Football Scout contributor Seb emphasised the appeal of Chelsea full-back Reece James (£5.5m). The Englishman struggled with long-term injuries last season which meant frustration for those that had invested in him.
James managed an impressive 14 goal contributions from defence in his 21/22 season, proving he had value to FPL managers. Other Chelsea player prices were also released including midfielder Raheem Sterling (£7m) who could catch the eye of managers within the community.
@FPL_Harry
Fantasy Football Scout contributor Harry is already making drafts for the season ahead. Three players have caught his eye in the build to the launch of the game. Those players include Manchester City striker Erling Haaland (£14m), Liverpool midfielder Mohamed Salah (£12.5m) and Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold (£8m).
As good as the three options listed above are, they also come with a hefty price-tag which could mean, as Harry suggests, excluding one from our drafts. Which one are you willing to give up to make your first draft work?
