Gameweek 27: community score predictions
Our community score predictions panel take a look at the Gameweek 27 fixtures. When making FPL decisions many FPL managers mentally predict the outcome of matches and use this to target players.
Considering:
- Who will win?
- Will there be a clean sheet in this match?
- How many goals can I see being scored?
- How many players do I want to play in this game?
Gameweek 27 is another big one for FPL managers. With Burnley playing twice and three teams blanking there is a lot to gain, and potentially a lot to lose from making the wrong decisions. Our community score predictions panel share their predictions for the matches and what this might mean for our FPL plans.
Gameweek 26
Last week the panel predicted the outcome correctly 40 times. All of the panelists yet again, correctly predicted that Liverpool would win.
There were five occasions where a panels correctly predicted the scores in Gameweek 26.
FPL Rabbi correctly predicted the scoreline in three matches. With El Statto, FPL Shake n Bake and FPL Talking Points also predicting one result correctly each.
FPL Rabbi registered 13 points this weekend meaning he won the week. FPL Shake n Bake was second with 11 points scored this week.

To keep track on how our panel are doing we have awarded 3 points for a correctly predicted scoreline and 1 point for a correct outcome but with the wrong scoreline.

Key talking points
The panel are predicting just 19 home wins this weekend, in comparison to 23 away wins.
All of the panel have predicted a win on the road for Manchester City. With all bar FPL Talking Points expecting Spurs to win against Leeds after their defeat at Burnley last time out. The panel are also expecting Southampton to beat Norwich on Friday evening.
The panel are only predicting 24 clean sheets this weekend, meaning that investing heavily in the defence may not be wise for managers on a Free Hit. The majority of the clean sheets predicted are for the two Manchester sides so these could be the defences to target this time around.

FPL Shake n Bake
After an impressive week for Burnley, they look set to be the darlings of the FPL crowd again this week. They’re the only team with a Double Gameweek and I am expecting them to win twice.
Ben Mee has 37 points over his last six games courtesy of four clean sheets and goal and three bonus. He’s also joint top amongst all defenders for shots inside the box at that time. He looks a wise investment for managers activating their Free Hit chips as well as those just making transfers.
I’m also predicting the Free Hit template forward line of Kane, Broja and Weghorst to do well in Gameweek 27.
