Best Norwich picks from 2021/22
Norwich finished bottom of the Premier League and were the first team to be relegated back to the Championship. Whilst the majority of Norwich players will not play in the Premier League next season, some may get transfers and stay in the league. The players who remain at Norwich will be part of the Championship fantasy game. We take a look at who the best Norwich picks were in the 2021/22 season.
Norwich assets were often used by FPL managers as budget enablers this season. The likes of Brandon Williams, Billy Gilmour and Teemu Pukki, all offered great value for money.
Top for FPL points
Pukki was Norwich’s top points scorer this season. The forward returned 142 points and finished third for the top points scoring forwards in the game. Pukki was the only Norwich player to score over 100 points this season.

Top goal scorer
Liverpool scored just 23 goals this season, the lowest goal tally in the league.
Pukki was Norwich’s top goal scorer this season with 11 goals. The forward was the only player to score over ten goals for Norwich this season, in fact Sargent was the only other player to score more than once in 21/22.
Norwich had 10 different goal scorers over the course of the 21/22 season. Two goals came from defenders, five goals from midfielders and the rest from Pukki with three combined from Sargent and Idah.
Top playmaker
Pukki was also top for assists at Norwich this season with four. Six other Norwich players managed two assists each.
Rashica created the most chances for Norwich this season with 36. Pukki was second with 27 and Gilmour and Lees-Melou were tied third with 25.

Best defensive numbers
Norwich kept just six clean sheets this season. Only Watford and Leeds kept less. They conceded just 84 goals, which was the most of any team in the league.
Brandon Williams was the top Norwich defender for tackles with 83. Hanley was top for interceptions with 56 and Krul top for recoveries with 249.
Overall
Most Norwich assets will not be available for FPL managers to select next season. However if Pukki stays in the league and moves away from Norwich he could be a good option. Pukki, Rashica and Lees-Melou also look good picks for the Championship version of the game.
