We have sorted the Fixture Ticker by difficulty and the four teams that sit top are Wolves, Aston Villa, Man City and West Ham.
Wolves
Wolves started the season with a difficult 2-1 defeat away at Leeds. However, in Gameweek 2 they play their first home game of the season against Fulham which see’s them top of the Fixture Ticker.
Wolves showed some positive signs for FPL managers in Gameweek 1. Dendonker was top for xG underachievers in Gameweek 1 with Ait-Nouri in third place. This means that they were both unlucky not to score in the game.
In addition popular FPL asset Pedro Neto was fourth for crosses in Gameweek 1, increasing the likelihood of potential assist points in Gameweek 2.
Aston Villa
Aston Villa host Everton in Gameweek 2. This leaves them second on the Fixture Ticker.
Villa have had a great pre-season under Steven Gerrard and look good investments for FPL managers. However, their defeat to Bournemouth in Gameweek 1 will have put off many managers.
Matt Cash played every game for Aston Villa last season and returned 20 returns. These returns were a combination of goals, assists and clean sheets. He was also the furthest forward of the Villa assets in Gameweek 1 with 66 touches in the final third, more than any other Villa player.
Managers will expect to see Ollie Watkins start this game after he was benched and Villa failed to score in Gameweek 1.
Man City
Man City should arguably be higher up the fixture ticker ahead of Gameweek 2. FPL managers who are members of FFScout can if they want to edit the difficulty of the fixtures.
Man City put in an assured and comfortable performance in Gameweek 1 to beat West Ham 2-0. Haaland scored a brace on his Premier League debut and is the most transfered in player so far this week. Unsurprisingly he has already taken a £0.1m price rise since Sunday’s match.
City face newly promoted Bournemounth in Gameweek 2. Whilst Bournemouth performed well in Gameweek 1, managers would expect City to win comfortably in their first home match of the season.
West Ham
West Ham sit fourth in the Fixture Ticker ahead of Gameweek 2. The Hammers struggled in Gameweek 1 against a highly impressive Man City side.
However, this weekend West Ham face Nottingham Forest who also struggled in Gameweek 1 against Newcastle.
Forward Antonio had the most attempts on goal for West Ham in Gameweek 1. However, midfielder Bowen managed the most touches in the box.
With Craig Dawson absent through injury in Gameweek 1, Ben Johnson could be a good budget enabler for FPL managers.
