Best differentials in FPL Gameweek 25

Last modified date

We take a look at some of the best differentials in FPL Gameweek 25. With the help of the Fantasy Football Scout members area, we can use its underlying stats and fixture difficulty rating system to help us pick out some of the best players with low ownership for the round ahead.

Looking at the best differentials in FPL Gameweek 25 can be very beneficial to FPL managers in their quest to reaching their goals. Differentials can be vital to those that are looking to get ahead of their competition or gain rank.

Fixture ticker

Below we can see teams with the best fixtures at the top, all of the way down to teams with the worst fixtures at the bottom.

Dwight McNeil

Everton rank third on the fixture ticker this week. The Toffees face Aston Villa and Arsenal. Double Gameweeks can mean assets have even more potential going into the round. Both of Everton’s opponent’s have shown some concerning defensive stats as of late and an Everton attacker could well take advantage of that.

One differential many could consider is Dwight McNeil (£5.1m). The midfielder takes set pieces so offers an additional route to points. In addition. McNeil also ranks above his teammates for big chances involvements since his new manager Sean Dyche took over.

Pablo Sarabia

Wolves ranks fourth on the fixture ticker this week. They face Fulham and Liverpool in the round ahead. Both of their opponent’s rank as two of the worst teams in the league this season for big chances conceded.

For the reasons above investing in the Wolves attack could be really beneficial to FPL managers, especially with two attempts of returns. The frontline has been unconvincing all season but new boy Pablo Sarabia (£5.5m) has already made an impact. In his most previous match the winger had a shot on target and created four key passes. Having 0.2% ownership makes him a differential and he could have plenty of potential going into Gameweek 25.

Darwin Nunez

Liverpool also face a double Gameweek this week. They face Wolves and Crystal Palace. Amongst all teams in the last six matches Crystal Palace rank the worst team for shots in the box conceded (74), the worst for shots on target conceded (39) and joint third worst for big chances conceded (18) Due to that investing in the Liverpool attack will be key.

Whilst many prioritise midfielder Mohamed Salah (£12.7m) others should seriously consider Darwin Nunez (£8.7m). The striker is in a nice run of form. Picking up a goal and assist in his last two matches Nunez also bagged a goal against Real Madrid this week. At the time of writing Nunez has just 9.8% ownership, which is much lower than it should be.

Andrew Robertson

Staying with Liverpool we head to their edgy defence. It’s a double Gameweek for the Reds this week so many within the community will be looking to their dangerous full-backs. Although most will be looking at Trent Alexander-Arnold (£7.3m) it could be differential to go with Andrew Robertson (£6.8m).

Robertson has picked up three returns in his last four matches. Those returns include three clean sheets. Amongst all defenders this season Robertson ranks amongst the best four for crosses, successful crosses, chances created and big chances created. With great underlying distribution stats and two good fixtures ahead, Robertson could be one of the best differentials going into Gameweek 25.
