Community XI: Gameweek 7 Preview

Gameweek 7 Preview

The community are on the up as the template has finally found some form once more.

There’s a tricky captain decision for the Gameweek 7 preview, with plenty of players attracting attention in the market.

I) Salah

Last weekend saw six clean sheets, including from Manchester City. Leicester top the charts this weekend for the Gameweek 7 preview, with Everton sitting right at the bottom.

II) General

FPL General returns with another episode of the 59th Minute podcast. There’s an update to his watchlist, plus a big discussion on that all important armband decision.

III) Will

Tammy Abraham has seen plenty of transfers in for the Gameweek 7 preview. Great form coincides with fantastic fixtures, and Haller has been the makeweight. The statistics back up that move.

IV) Prince

FPL Prince is backing a move to double up on the Chelsea attack. Mount and Abraham already have a good understanding of each other from their youth days, so this could be a shrewd move.

V) Scout

It may be only six games into the season, but plenty of names are gradually building momentum towards a one match ban. Keep an eye on this chart over on Fantasy Football Scout.

VI) Tips

FPL Tips has updated his watchlist for the Gameweek 7 preview. Roberto Firmino is deserving of his entrance and he could be emerging as a viable alternative to a Liverpool midfielder.

VII) Editor

Spurs have the pick of the fixtures from the traditional top six teams this weekend, but their form is worrying. The FPL Editor provides an update for those tempted to give Kane or Son the armband.

VIII) Hopcroft

Aguero is out-performing Sterling, much to many FPL managers frustration. Adam Hopcroft has unearthed this intriguing statistic which suggests that it’s the KDB effect.

IX) Munday

For anyone wanting to shift funds to attack, if you don’t currently own John Lundstram then you certainly need to. He’s on the shortlist for fantasy royalty this season.

X) Tinkermen

TinkerMen provide a list of players with double digit hauls this season. Abraham likes to deliver in home games against teams outside the top six and could be considered a captaincy option.

XI) Pundits

Talking of captaincy, Fantasy Football Pundits have published the crucial poll. It’s seen thousands of votes already and it looks set to be a tight one.
