Form Vs Fixture Charts for Gameweek 4

Form Fixture Gameweek 4

Many managers are activating their Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 4 Wildcard.

Daily Fantasy Football - Starting11.io

Which players and teams have the best balance of form and fixtures?

Introduction

Our Form Vs Fixture Charts generally take the previous four fixtures form and the next four fixtures difficulty, using the FDR data from the Official Fantasy Premier League website. We’ve generated our own Form Rating as follows. 1. Big win – over 2.5 goal margin 2. Win – under 2.5 goal margin 3. Draw 4. Loss – under 2.5 goal margin 5. Big Loss – over 2.5 goal margin In this instance, we only have three games of form information to go on, but with many managers hitting the wildcard button, it’s important information to have to hand.Form Fixture Gameweek 4

Front Runners

With an unbeaten start, and only one tricky fixture in the next 5, Chelsea, Spurs and Manchester City lead the form charts. Marcos Alonso looks essential for Chelsea, with the positive fixtures suggesting he can maintain those remarkable returns. Eden Hazard is back in the starting line up: he’s looked lively so far and has penalties confirmed too. Spurs have finally kept a clean sheet, although injuries and rotation in the full back position makes defensive investment challenging. Lucas Moura and Harry Kane have emerged as the attacking options, with three attacking returns apiece in their last two. Sergio Aguero and Benjamin Mendy are the standout options for Manchester City. Aguero is a prime captain candidate, Mendy has excellent attacking potential, plus clean sheets within one of the best defences in the league.

Form Teams

Liverpool and Watford have won each of their opening three games. The fixtures could be better, with both capitalising on a straightforward opening run. Many managers have a Liverpool triple up with Mane, Robertson and Salah. Salah remains essential and it’s difficult to move away from Robertson off the back of three clean sheets, assists and bonus points. Two of the next three are reasonable. Pereyra and Holebas are the form options from Watford. Points may be hard to come by, with Spurs and Manchester United up yet. Hold any assets you currently have, but there’s better purchase options elsewhere.

Fixture Teams

Arsenal and Crystal Palace have the best run of upcoming fixtures, giving some hope for their FPL assets after a difficult start to the season. There’s plenty of potential from Arsenal: Bellerin and Monreal have chipped in with attacking returns, and clean sheets look to be on the horizon. Mkhitaryan and Aubameyang take the headlines in attack, but have disappointed to date. Crystal Palace provide plenty of budget options across the pitch, with Hennessey and Wan-Bissaka providing clean sheet points. Zaha has two goals in three games, and should do well with this favourable run.

Best of the Rest

Everton and Bournemouth assets should also be considered going forward. Both teams have struggled for clean sheets to date, but the attacking players are of interest. For Bournemouth; Fraser and Wilson have been consistent in returning so far. For Everton, consider Walcott or Tosun: their form should continue with a promising run of fixtures.
