The FPL Twitter community is full of funny tweets and memes as managers react to Gameweeks and team news. As a result, this helps managers celebrate their successes or find other managers to wallow in their sorrows with.
FPL Funny Tweets
The Gameweek began with a Wout Weghorst haul and success for those with Bukayo Saka, Emmanuel Dennis and Tino Livramento. Also, Mohamed Salah scored for the one million managers who triple captained him.
Then, a thrilling encounter saw Tottenham complete a double over Man City thanks to Harry Kane and two Son Heung-min assists. Obviously, Spurs followed this up with a defeat to Burnley.
Attention soon turned towards the midweek matches, where Salah was about to face defensively-inept Leeds. As a result, many sofas were hid behind as he scored 28 points – 84 for those who used the Triple Captain chip.
Then, FPL Twitter split into those planning to Free Hit in Gameweek 27 and those who aren’t. The same line-up soon appeared everywhere, absolutely everywhere.
Yet the Gameweek ended with most managers getting above 100 points, whether they used a Wildcard or Triple Captain.
Fortunately, the imminent Gameweek 27 is about to provide a new set of hilarious tweets to enjoy!
