Fantasy5 Picks GW23: Cancelo to once again deliver at both ends

With strikers Raul Jimenez and Ivan Toney both needing more than one attacking return to beat their 6.5 targets, we have decided to back left-back Rayan Ait-Nouri. Not only have Wolves kept six clean sheets in their last nine matches, the attacking 20-year-old assisted two goals against Southampton in Gameweek 22.
Man United’s inability to not concede gives West Ham assets an appeal. Tomas Soucek perhaps overachieved with his ten goals of last season but is on three so far and always a threat from set pieces. A consequence of the 12-game winning streak of dominant Man City is seeing midfield assets like Kevin De Bruyne (11.5), Phil Foden (10.5) and Raheem Sterling (11.5) slapped with high points targets. So it might be better to plump for Joao Cancelo, considering their almost unbreakable defence and his four attacking returns over five matches.
Back from injury, Harvey Barnes notched an assist during his 15-minute cameo on Wednesday night. A target of 7.5 is promising, although it’s perhaps more hopeful and reactionary to back Steven Bergwijn with this same number! His dramatic pair of goals deep into stoppage time stunned Leicester. Perhaps he can use this momentum to score past a Chelsea defence that only has one clean sheet from their last ten matches.
