Team Reveal – How FPL Differential King is replacing Kane and Toney

Last modified date

Each gameweek, a member of the FPL community will kindly reveal their immediate plans and give us some insight into their decision-making process.

Ahead of Gameweek 16, it’s the turn of FPL Differential King to tell us what he intends to do with his team.

Hi, FPL Differential King. So how did your Gameweek go?

I got 44 (-4) points, which resulted in a red arrow. Harry Kane’s last chance in my team and as captain didn’t end well. once again, dispute playing against Norwich.

Are you pleased with your current squad? Are you pleased with your current squad? Who is a player you’d like to own but don’t?

At the moment I’ve got Kane and Robert Sanchez, whose match has been postponed due to the amount of Covid cases at Spurs. No City attacker either so I’m not too happy with my team that still includes Ivan Toney. If I had to name one player I would love to own but don’t, or can’t transfer him in due to other issues in my team, it’s Jarrod Bowen. He’s been excellent this season and has gone under the radar. A phenomenal run of fixtures lies ahead for West Ham and at only £6.5m he’s hard to resist.

What are your transfer plans for Gameweek 16 and beyond?

My plan is to sell Kane for Cristiano Ronaldo and Toney to Joshua King which will be for another four-point hit. I might just carry on with ten men, as I’m not keen on taking a further hit to replace Sanchez in goal.

And finally, what about captaincy?

Ronaldo is my captain at the moment – he was fully rested in the Champions League against Young Boys, which makes him a stand-out option against Norwich, who always struggle defensively.
